TaeKwonDo

TaeKwonDo is a Korean martial art.
It translates as foot hand way.

Through TaeKwondo, students will learn kicking and empty hand techniques. Through its practice, flexibilty, strength, balance and self-confidence are all improved.
Taekwondo offers an enjoyable workout, in a safe environment. At Enso Center, we teach with a primary focus on healthy movement for your body, with awareness of proper alignment of joints and appropriate excersises for varying levels of ability.

Students work alone and with partners on various skills. We practice the WTF style patterns, 'tag style' sparring, and the opportunity for board breaking for the mid-level student and beyond.

We welcome people of all ranks in these classes, beginner through advanced, ages 5 through adult.
